Why do people learn Esperanto know it will be difficult to find people to speak with?

Pardonu ? "Se vi ne parolas la anglan bone, vi povas respondi en esperanto" ? Kial ? Ni devus paroli esperanton eĉ se ni ne estas angloj aŭ usonanoj ? Ĉu vi parolas aliajn lingvojn ke la anglan ? Vi ne komprenas la spiriton de esperanto. Zamenhof kreis la gramatikon de esperanto ĉar esperanto devas esti la internacian lingvon. Ĉiuj ne devas lerni angle. Estas maljusta. Ne estas normala ke homoj ke parolas denaske la anglan havas pli bonajn ĉancojn de sukcesi ke aliaj.

Since the post was in english, i simply wanted to be inclusive if people dont speak english well so they can reply in Esperanto. And yes i do understand the point of esperanto and the goals of the language etc. Now don’t give me grief about it , and please focus on the topic of the question. But since you insist on this being “unjust” to non native English speakers i’ll edit the question. Lets be respectful and keep our cool. I also never said people have to learn English. In fact, i don’t support the spread of english in the slightest. Now please keep on topic.

Mi tre ŝatas la anglan, sed vi krokodilis : ekzemple, Ĉinoj, Irananoj aŭ Francoj ke ne parolas angle ne povas kompreni vin. Tial ili ne povas respondi al vian demandon. En lernu.net ni ne devus paroli aliajn lingvojn ke esperanto. Rigardu, mi estas novbakita sed mi provas, mi parolas en esperanton. Mi uzas vortaron sed mi provas, ĉar tial, ĉiuj povas kompreni, pli bone, pli facile ol kun la angla aŭ la franca lingvo.

Mi nur donis mian opinion. La unua mesaĝo de Nala estis stranĝa, kaj agacis min. Ne paroli en Esperanto estas damaĝa, sed mi ne koleras. Mi nur pensas ke sendi mesaĝojn en la du lingvoj (la angla kaj esperanto tie) estas pli bona ideo. Kaj mi nur diras tion.

You’re consistent negativity seems more damaging to the esperanto movement than anything right now.If you were accepting of people which indeed is what esperanto encourages, You wouldn't be all the rage about a post in english. Respect others or don’t reply on lernu. Also , why are you attacking me in specific about speaking a language other than e-o?. Other people write in all kinds of languages. I was also was saying that both English and Esperanto were ok to reply in. ( if they cant speak English well) but now i definitely see what you are saying if they dont speak English how could they have replied... which was stupid on my part. I should have translated to esperanto.

Pardonu min. Mi neniam volis ataki vin speciale. Mi nur diris ke via unua meŝago estis stranĝa. Mi respektas aliajn homojn. Mi bedaŭras, vi ne komprenis min. Via temo povas koncerni multajn homojn. Mi nur diris ke oni devus paroli esperanton pri lernu, ke la malo estas nur damaĝa. Mi volis agresi neniun.
