Tre interese!

In Spanish the right thing, to talk about all genders together, is to use the male gender as it's the non marked gender (that means that the grammar male gender not always talks about male sex). For example for everybody, we say "todos" (as non marked gender). Since feminism doesn't like that, in Spain, all the politicians in the left, always say "todos y todas" (as male and female). Wait... I said always? Well, not always. Since we have real problems with Covid19 and all the stupid things are being ignored, all the politicians say "todos" (as non marked gender).

That is the hypocrisy of the politicians, also in Argentina, and that's what happen with invented problems when reality strikes.

La pandemio do verŝajne ne igas onin ĉesi zorgi malplimultojn.

La franca gramatiko estas tute sama. Laŭregule oni simple povas diri nur "tous", sed en politikaj paroladoj, ne vere estas perdebla tempo, do la gepolitikistoj diras "Bonne année à toutes [ine] et à tous" ("Feliĉan novan jaron al ĉiuj" (laŭvorte "bonan jaron")- tio estis stulta ekzemplo), kaj ne nur la maldekstruloj.

Mi ne opinias ĉi tion malsaĝa ekzemplo. "Bonan (novan) jaron!"

Solvo? Uzi HI por masklo, kaj RI por nebinara, kaj LI kiam tute ne gravas klarigi.
