Why is my Picture Sideways? I tried to fix it but I cant seem to do so. I tried turning it on my desk top with paint but each time I put it on, it comes out with my chin to the left. Any Suggestions?

Right click original image, then choose rotate left option from dropdown, save, reupload. Hope this helps
