Saluton, Mi estas komencanto.

I am a beginner that is looking for pen pals so I can practice on my Esperanto as far as reading and writing. Please keep in mind I am an absolute beginner so don't have high expections as far as I having great grammar lol if you'd like just reply to this post and we can communicate this way.

Since a long time, lernu.net turned off the possibility to interchange private messages. So within lernu.net the only chance to communicate ist to write contributions in the forums.

You can met your email-adress into the forum, but then everybody can read it. You can give the your user-name in another homepage, where there is a chance to communicate via private messages, perhaps you can use amikumu, sed I do not use it in the moment and I can't give advice how to work with it.

But you cannot write any private message in lernu.net, which is a great pity.

I can form simple sentences but I am a bit stuck on the grammer. I have been learning through Duolingo mobile app and it doesn't really teach grammar to well.

Or Kristian, Kristjan... But since your name is already written in latin script, you may keep it like it is.

(that's a convention among all latin languages, I guess, and since Zamenhof chose it over cyrillic scripted languages...senkulpa.gif)

2-e) La Akademio ankaŭ agnoskas, ke ĉiu ajn rajtas konservi sian aŭtentan nomon laŭ la originala ortografio, se nur ĝi estas skribita per Latinaj literoj.

Is there a keyboard app for writing Esperanto to your knowledge
There are several for windows PCs. I use tajpi.

On android the standard keyboard app can be changed to use an esperanto keyboard, and several other varieties.

I don't know what is available in other OS.
