tkd-kiwi:Hi. I want to write If you speak Esperanto then please add me for myspace page.

mi pensas:
"si vi parolas esperanton, bonvolu aldoni min".
i'm not sure about translating "for myspace page" cause i can't get the meaning of it .
do you mean "add me to myspace page" ?
anyway "for myspace page" is "por myspace retpagxo" and "add me to myspace page" is
"aldoni min al myspace retpagxo".

Thankyou for your answer and now I see how I could have confused you. I just wanted to know how to write "If you speak Esperanto please add me"

"si vi parolas esperanton, bonvolu aldoni min".

Dankon

Saluton Razeno.

The question was for my myspace page.

www.myspace.com/sharonnewland.

Now I'm not sure if aldoni is right.

"Se vi parolas Esperanton bonvolu aldoni min"

Does this not read if you speak Esperanto please to add me ???
Should it be
"Se vi parolas Esperanton bonvolu aldonu min"

Forgive me im am just learning and im always confusing myself.

Dankon

I believe that is correct. But I think you need to insert a comma:

"Se vi parolas Esperanton, bonvolu aldonu min."

I think it would also be correct to say

"Se vi parolas Esperante, bonvolu aldonu min.", using Esperanto as an adverb rather than as a noun.

Those are both correct except for the part about "bonvolu aldonu" - it should be either "bonvolu aldoni" or "bonvole aldonu" (this second is a more recent usage that, if I remember correctly, is not seen in classical Esperanto)

Oof. I even knew that. Yes, the second verb should be in the infinitive. "Bonvolu aldoni".
