But why not kritiko? Even though dictionaries say kritiko can be positive only in regards to scientific/literature/belletristic works, I find it a bit strict not to allow it for other things.

Perhaps 'reakcioinformaĵo'. Just thinking out loud now.

Fidbako could be a new solution. because feedback is more an idea than simply words.
Feedback signifas ekzakte retronutri aŭ retromanĝi au simple re-nutri aŭ re-manĝi, ripeti la nutroagadon, renutro. vortare retroo aŭ retrado.
Fidbako povus esti nova solvo. ĉar feedback estas pli ideo ol simple vortoj.

fajrkapo:Feedback means exactly retronutri or retromanĝi or simply re-nutri or re-manĝi, ...In English very few words mean exactly something final... so don't count on that.
My dictionary says:
feedback n.
1. a. the return of part of the output of an electronic circuit, device, or mechanical system to its input, so modifying its characteristics. In negative feedback a rise in output energy reduces the input energy; in positive feedback an increase in output energy reinforces the input energy.
b. that part of the output signal fed back into the input.
2. the return of part of the sound output by a loudspeaker to the microphone or pick-up so that a high-pitched whistle is produced.
3. the whistling noise so produced.
4. a. the effect of a product or action in a cyclic biological reaction on another stage in the same reaction.
b. the substance or reaction causing such an effect, such as the release of a hormone in a biochemical pathway.
5. information in response to an inquiry, experiment, etc.: there was little feedback from our questionnaire.
— vb. feed back. (adv,)
6. (tr.) to return (part of the output of a system) to its input.
7. to offer or suggest (information, ideas, etc.) in reaction to an inquiry, experiment, etc.

Reakcio is used for chemical reactions and for responses to stimuli, also the orientation of political parties (reactionary)
I think this might be extended outside these specific domains, but reagi is more likely to be used in enquiring of somebody's reaction to some piece of news.
For asking for feedback on, say, your teaching of a lesson, you are really asking for comments.
Ĉu vi havas komentojn. Mi bonvenigas komentojn.

pauxleto:"feedback" in Esperanto. Like when you observe someone do a task (teach, present, etc.) and you give them your "feedback" on their performance (suggestions to improve, or what worked or didn't...I thought about antaŭe-n, go (to the) back, going to before, and the action in time -ado, so antaŭenado, antaŭenago, or antaŭeni-antaŭeno. oneself yet knows that it´s for do better something or change it .
Posta-konsilo sounds very good but I think that it´s not exactly feedback.
one can traduce with the same words, dorsnutri, or dorsnutrado, or search something with dorso, dors-ago (dorsagi), dors-ado or dors-agado.
Mi pensis pri antaŭe-n, kaj la ago dum tempo -ado, do antaŭenado, aŭ antaŭeni-antaŭeno. oni jam scias ke estas por plibonigi aŭ ŝanĝi ion.
