"As long as the Jew has not become the master of the other peoples, he must speak their languages whether he likes it or not, but as soon as they became his slaves, they would all have to learn a universal language (Esperanto, for instance!), so that by this additional means the Jews could more easily dominate them!"

How does a universal language help Jews dominant people? I fail to see the logic. Don't dictators normally want to divide and conquer? Isn't it easy to control a population that is divided rather than united?
What am I missing? How does Esperanto help anyone enslave the world?

Hitler didn't like Esperanto for the same reason Stalin didn't - it was too cosmopolitan.

If you want to destroy culturally a people, take away their language and force them to speak the occupier's language, take away their cloths and force them to wear the occupier's fashion, take away their dances and tell them that those dances are diabolic. (The latter is what e.g. Mormons are doing in Central America).
A people which lacks cultural identity will also loose its unity and its common cosmovision and goals. If you manage to destroy the identity of a people, this people won't rise up against their oppressors because they don't have anything left worth fighting for.
On a side note: Esperanto wasn't intended to replace native languages and to be forced upon people, hence the comparison of oppressive language policy to Esperanto is somewhat moot.
Maybe related.
