Why so much trouble to sign in? I decided I wanted to work on lessons on a bigger screen and entered the correct email address and password, but I couldn't sign in with error messages that one or the other was wrong.

I signed in with the same information from my phone, changed my password because I was banned for 5 minutes. I then went back into my tablet to sign in and and I'm still told my credentials are wrong and if I keep trying I'll be banned 😟

I refreshed my browsers on both devices.

I want to be able to switch between devices without being threatened with being banned!

I use lernu on my mobile, my desktop and my laptop without any hassle.

Maybe different keyboard layout on your computer and you get one sign wrong?

Hi thanks for responding so quickly I wasn't able to get back in to correct the typos in my posting. I had to wait 30 minutes cuz they have me down as a new user but I've actually been using this site since 2017.

I was doing a cut and paste from my password keeper so I know the password was correct. I know that some websites, if they detect the cut and paste, they'll just say that the credentials are wrong, so I typed in the credentials one by one at least twice. it's a real simple password. it was just words no different characters or anything like that. Still no go.

I signed into my account easily from my phone changed the password went back to my tablet refreshed and tried again it didn't work. So I went ahead and clicked on the reset password, clicked on the link in my email address, went into the account and reset the password. Went back to my tablet refreshed the browser and tried to sign in and I'm still getting an error message my password or my email address is incorrect

I've used their contact us form and I've sent them an email about the problem. The threat of being banned because they've got a sign in glitch is a little disconcerting to say the least!

If it is a question about using a different device, usually there's some way to confirm that it's okay that you are you. Most sites offer to send a text message to a device or an email to confirm that you are the right person and give you a code.

Every time I open the lernu.net website I have to log in and when I log in lernu.net ALWAYS forgets my password. I ALWAYS have to reset my password, prove I'm not a robot by identifying street furniture, wait for the email and set a new password. Which lernu.net then forgets again! Aargh! What am I doing wrong?
