Anyone interested in this? There are a couple of glossaries (vortaretoj?) to be found on the web for the basics, such as suit symbols and nicknames for some of the starting hands in Texas Holdem. I've seen no similar developments for bridge--which has even more of a jargon to it than poker. Basic terms like "finesse" and "squeeze" don't appear to have an Esperanto equivalent. At one point there were a few holdem tournaments on Full Tilt Poker for Esperanto speakers only, courtesy of Chuck Smith and Judith Miller.
Could be a fun little project, bridge even more so than poker. After all, bridge is played with a partner. Several bridge sites on the web have people from virtually every county in the world participating--developing partnerships in Esperanto would add to the international flavor.
fwiw, I'm a Gold Life Master in bridge, and a semi-pro poker player myself...and an "eterna komencanto" in Esperanto...
