Does anyone have the "Teach Yourself Esperanto" audio cassettes?

Hi,

So I think the "Teach Yourself Esperanto" book is probably the best book for learning Esperanto for English speakers.

Unfortunately, the book is out of print. I have a copy of the book as a PDF (here: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/14770245/__Esperanto__Teac... )

But unfortunately this lacks the audio. If anyone has the cassettes and could record them to a digital format, I would be very thankful.

Espere,
James

You're in luck, my friend. I have digitalized both cassettes and play them on my ipod. The quality is actually pretty good. Just tell me where to send the file, and it's yours.

I have PMed you as well. Thanks very much for making this available. I still have my book but the tapes were lost in a move.

Has anyone ever done a recording of the Ekzerkaroj in Zamenhof's Fundamento?

I think we used to have them at lernu, but we removed them as part of the simplification of the site. They will re-appear in our library but not soon.

If they aren't available elsewhere online I could probably arrange to have a copy e-mailed to you, or post it somewhere where you can download it.

Sorry to post on an old topic, but I just purchased a used copy of this book, and would love to have the accompanying audio!

Does anyone still have it handy?

My question would be if this is available as public domain. If so, then it could be released en masse for free in audio or text.

(but it doesn't seem so, being circa 1992, malgajo.gif)
