In Vojagxo 3 in Vojagxo kun Zam the word "farita" is mentioned in the sense of the word "built". Why? Is there an -it suffix?

The suffix -it- means past passive participle, like "taken" or "eaten". Fari means " do". Also, "to make", "to act", and "to perform". "Faro" means "action". So "farita" means "acted", "performed", "done", "made", "built". These are just useless English synonyms...
