Hej,

I don't understand completly what are "community languages" (=minority languages?), but maybe someones is interested at that. For me it sounds like Esperanto could be listed there, too. (But the project seems to be closed.)

Directory of schools teaching community languages (in UK)

"...The ‘Our Languages’ project began in September 2007 in response to the need to raise the status of community languages in the curriculum as well as the need to recognise the work of the complementary (or supplementary) education sector in England..."

"...The Our Languages project supported partnerships between complementary schools and mainstream schools teaching a wide range of community languages. The project involved 90 schools across England, 2007-2009..."

ĝp,

In the context of the project, community languages are languages spoken by communities of immigrants.

For example, perhaps a neighborhood has many immigrants from Bangladesh, so many children speak Bengali at home, although Bengali is not a language traditionally taught in British schools.

Esperanto wouldn't be included in this kind of project. We don't have speakers concentrated into a single area.
