Does anyone know of, or are, esperanto speakers or learners in or around the Sapulpa and Tulsa areas in Oklahoma? Thanks for your help

Here at lernu, there's a user who used to be active in this forum who was from Tulsa.
Her username is Shawna. I suggest sending her a message; perhaps she knows other local speakers.
In addition - I know it's a fair bit out of Tulsa - but there's a teacher in Tahlequah, OK who has been teaching it to her students. Her username is Beth Magallón (a two-word username), and you might try sending her a message as well. If there are other speakers in the region, she will almost certainly know them.
