Does anyone know of a list of Esperanto idioms & phrases preferably designed for English speakers?
A list for troublesome English idioms & phrases into Esperanto and then a list of Esperanto idioms & phrases into English.

Something similar to the "Potentially Troublesome Words" in Jordan's "Being Colloquial in Esperanto" but for idioms & phrases.

Thank-you.

Maybe the Proverbaro suits your needs somewhat.

Esperanto, understandably, avoids idiomatic turns of phrase, like English's 'that's let the cat out of the bag'.

So the Esperanto to English section would be fairly small.

However a guide for translating such phrases out of English into Esperanto would be handy.

Did you have any specific English idioms in mind that the forumanoj might have a go at translating?

I've not seen that Miland. Is it good? It says out of stock in the link you gave.
