I'm quite attracted to the idea of compiling a list of translations of some of the more colourful English idioms.

To set the ball rolling how would you render.

1. They couldn't organize a piss-up in a brewery.

2. She's a few sandwiches short of a picnic.

Suggestions:
1. Ili ne kapablas organizi ion ajn.
2. (a) Ŝi estas stulta. (b)(less strongly) Ŝi ne estas inteligenta.
