I've been living in a mental Esperantujo for two months now. How would I best say ""sweet pickle relish"? It's the only thing on my shopping list still in English.

I suggest dolĉa peklaĵo.

An interesting problem.
sweet => dolĉa
pickle => peklita kukumo (note: not "peklo")
relish => saŭco (or "peklaĵo" I guess would work if made from something pickled)
Maybe dolĉa kukuma peklaĵo or dolĉa kukuma peklosaŭco would be clearest.
