Does anyone know where I can find this book. The only place I've seen it is at esperanto-usa.org, but it is sold out.

The UEA seems to have it in stock :

but shipping will definitely be higher than getting it from esperanto-usa.

Did you sign up to be notified when it is back in stock at esperanto-usa? My experience with the retbutiko is that "popular" items usually are back in stock within a couple of months.

You can test it yourself without giving any credit card/etc info. For me in NY it was 4€ for just that book. 23.10 € all together.
