One year ago, I found this flag on a website. I know that there is some variations of the Esperanto flag but what about this one ? Is it an international organization or something ?

Everything:HiI don't know. But, it's a flag (or logo) of a society, it's certain.

Hyperboreus:Judging by the colourful sensory overload, it is the flag of the Esperantist Gay and Queer Association.It's write in flag HSW Societo (it's a society). Without this (HSW Societo), it's the Esperanto Flag.
Sadly, I don't know what is the Esperantist society HSW.
