John Wells gives 'dekstrume' in his dictionary as a translation of 'clockwise'.
The sun travels across the sky from left to right, so 'widdershins' (against the direction of travel of the sun) is anti-clockwise (livume/maldekstrume)
But if you wanted to emphasize the unnaturalness of widdershins, you could just say kontraŭ-kutime, or malbonŝanc-direkte.
For 'turnwise'. which appears to be a term in the DiscWorld novels of Terry Pratchet, you could just say turn-direkte
