Would someone help me with this translation? I want it printed on a dog tag and I want it to be accurate.

Revanto esperu.
Esperanto zorgu.
Zorganto konu.
Konanto revu.

I want it to say along the lines of:

Dreamer hope.
Hoper care.
Carer Know.
Knower dream.

I actually made a dog tag for this back in the day (a few year back when I was still breaking into the lanugage. I still am

Seems fine to me.

If you write Esperanto with a capital E it will tend to be interpreted as the language. you could use Esperemulo' instead. Dreamer could become Revemulo for consistency.

Carer means, in British English, someone who looks after an elderly, disabled etc person - prizorganto.

Did you mean that, or more like someone concerned about something. Zorgemulo might help, depending on your preferred meaning.

Is the knowing here Koni or Scii?

This is one of those instances where I can't really pick which would be the best because from the dictionary they both embody what I want the meaning to be.

Koni - To be familiar with, you would have to care about your subject matter or you would forget it. so you would have to aspire/dream to keep it alive.

Scii - To know how, you would have to dream to understand new ideas with your subject matter also. People don't just get new ideas from the same old thing. They're inspired to come up with them.

So it would be a mixture of both.

as for zorganto, I mean someone who cares for others.
