If I am orally spelling out a URL or word that contains non-Esperanto letters (W, Q, X, or Y), how do I pronounce those letters in Esperanto? In other words, do those letters have a name in Esperanto? Thanks very much.

If those letters are appearing in Esperanto text, they are in words taken from other languages without translation. This happens sometimes in, for example, place names or personal names. They should be pronounced as they would be in the language from which they were taken. For example,"W" would have the English w sound if the word in question is from English, but the v sound if it is from German. For the sake of an international audience, when using such words in writing, it is helpful to provide a phonetic spelling in parentheses. e.g. Walla-Walla (Ŭala-Ŭala)
