That web site does contain the script that was discussed in this thread
I have since modified the script that XDZT posted on that web site. The modified version compiles in about 4 minutes after the computer has been set up. (the original script on that web site compiled in about an hour or two) I am currently not at my computer right now, so i can not post the latest dictionary or the script. I have tried to publish the dictionary before, but found it infuriatingly difficult to do so, so i gave up. I am still not sure where the best place is to post the script or the dictionary.
Just a word of caution. Some of the errors that were described in this thread still exist. There are some rather weird errors that make no sense. 99% of the words are good, but you do need to check for any weird errors when using the dictionary. I mostly put this down to the kindle not officially supporting the language, or the alphabet.

I couldn't find an easily-downloadable or usable dictionary (for instance, one that could handle inflected words), so I cobbled my own together.
The source is here, the mobipocket file can be downloaded here.
Let me know if you run into problems and I'll try and fix it up.

Another online dictionary is Reta Vortaro, but it might be hard to use from a pad-like device.
What I usually do, is to look up for a possible translation with the Lernu wordlist (no explanations nor examples) and check the usage at PIV (explanations with examples and prepositions to use).
