As a result, there are some words that I have to think about how to say esperante.
One recent one for me was "follow-up".
For Example: Follow-up on bulk purchasing of subscriptions
My attempt at Esperanto: Repeti pri amasa aĉetaĵo por abonoj.
Is "repeti" the right word? Is there a commonly accepted word for "follow-up" in this context?
Just curious.
Thanks,
Kelly

daŭrigi --- daŭrigo
kontinuigi --- kontinuigo
pluigi --- pluigo
and so on
Follow-up on bulk purchasing of subscriptions
Daŭrigo de amasa aĉetado de abonoj
Kontinuigo de amasa abon-aĉetado
...

hebda999:follow-up:Hmm,to me daŭrigo and kontinuigo indicate more of an ongoing action (i.e. continuation of the purchasing). What I'm trying to capture is a note to myself to make another inquiry into the status of a one-time purchase of bulk subscriptions.

Daŭrigo de amasa aĉetado de abonoj
Kontinuigo de amasa abon-aĉetado

In that context, I still like "repeti" as it seems more inline with what I'm trying to say. Also, I like "aĉetaĵo" instead of "aĉetado" as, this is a one time purchase (a discrete event) as opposed to an ongoing action of purchasing.
However, I will definitely use "abon-aĉetaĵo"! Thanks for that as I wouldn't have considered it.

Mustelvulpo:It seems to me that in this case you're saying "Check up on..., Continue to monitor..., Verify the progression of...", or something along those lines. Benson's dictionary gives "follow up" as "plusekvi," but it could be "Morgaŭ, kontrolu denove" or "Daŭre kontrolu" or "Poste kontrolu" or something like that that is closer to the meaning you seek. And of course, there are many more ways to express this idea. You just have to decide which is best for you.I had wondered about some combination of "sekvi" and another word originally. I went down the path of looking for something more in line with the meaning as opposed to trying to mirror the English word exactly. However, "plusekvi" does seem fitting to me. Also, I suppose "rekontrolu" might be a good choice (check again).
Thanks for the suggestions!

Also retesti, re-ekzameni, sekvi.
Persekuti in Esperano has the double meaning of chase after (kursekvi) and persecute.
