黄鸡蛋:+1Hyperboreus:I would treat them as errors, which I also made when I had just begun learning Esperanto. The most obvious one may be ĉi-ĉion, which should sendube be ĉi ĉion.darkweasel:... or maybe to a (pro)noun. At least Wĉi-LI+o[j]?[n]?W yields 11 hits in the tekstaro.erinja:ĉi should *only* be linked to something when a hyphen when you're linking it to an adverb (like "ĉi-somere")... or adjective (ĉi-somera renkontiĝo, ĉi-tiea supervendejo).
