Most cards issued by credit unions charge a 1% fee.
Capital One cards charge no foreign transaction fee. Alhough I really dislike the bank itself, I have one of their cards for this reason.

kujichagulia:Related to this topic, is there a place to buy pins or badges with an Esperanto flag on it? I went to the above UEA link, but unfortunately my Esperanto is not at that level yet. This one ? The UEA site sale others pins, like this one, this one or this one. If you want to search by yourself, you can see this page, but be careful, the esperanto word "nehavebla" means "unavailable".
PS : I don't know if it's a good website, but you can see here.

On a similar note to that of this thread, anyone know where to order a bust of Zamenhof? I've only ever found one sketchy looking shop on ebay.
