Okay, I got it. You're on some kind of conlang purism compaign like executor (Nachlassverwalter). Thats not that kind of creative vitality I did encounter at Esperanto (offline-) community.
The question has nothing to do with purism / non-purism, and also not with offline / not offline communities. It is just about to be in accordance with the Antauparolo or not. (The Antauparolo is something like the "constitution" of Esperanto.) For example just three years ago, the Esperanto Academy (AdE; certainly a part of also the offline community) has deofficialized a rule that AdE had added officially to the Fundamento in 1974; details.
