Concerning the ‚natural economy’ according to Silvio Gesell:
Monetary economy - the truth will prevail -
This contribution is quite a democratic text ((There has been - after World War II - a political party in Germany named FSU (Liberal Social Union) during the era of Adenauer and thereafter - which aimed to fulfil exactly the goals of Silvio Gesell {a financial genius}; there was a small periodical, too, "Weltgewissen"/world monitor, of Brueggen/Lower Rhine, which propagated those goals, on which a catholic professor of morality, Mr. Ude, of Austria had edited concise and stringent concepts about.)) And no bloody revolutions but peaceful transitions by the democratic rule of progressive plebiscites (people's referendums) for the re-introduction of fiefs {i.e. ground loan tenures under the authority of the head of state} and a fundamental money reform are the goals.
I underline the fact that this former post-war Liberal Social Union was a West German, fully democratic and peace-loving political party which, however, pleaded for plebiscites to achieve the above named agenda, what still may be allowed in a democracy (the people's power, Hell.: demo-cratía).
After the collapse of the majority of communist-led state economy regimes in the East, the search for enonomy alternatives is in full swing now. Certainly nobody may believe the actual situation in Beloross, Ucraine, and Russia as being overwhelmingly progressive and a humanistic solution to the problems (...).
In the West, the Federal Reserve / Issuing banks must get reformed, too. A campaign for monetary reform is asked for by all peoples of Europe and the whole world. Beside that, for governments there are further possibilities right now, as e.g. taxation of share/stocks edition as well as of bills of exchange (why only taxing the poor wages and the middle class white collar salaries?), intensifyng the prosecution of passing on insider knowledge about internal affairs and financial standing etc. of private enterprises, intensifying the prosecution of white-collar criminality, severe taxation of vagrant speculation capital wandering between the stock exchanges and money markets of the world,
bourse and exchange taxes, introductory taxation of money in private hand and in bankers' hand at a certain date or by a certain term, heavy taxation of any innovation refusal, gross rise of compensation in case of damages inflicted on enterprises due to stock exchange manipulations by artificial hausses or baisses, a better outfit of police staffs on detecting white-collar criminality also in regard of speculatory hausses and baisses without honest reason, (...), and forming a special task ministry for the monetary reform all over Europe and America, as well as a ministry of energy reform in favour of decentralized and bioconformous energy supply on a large scale. (...) All this will relieve the economy from the burden of speculation, manipulation, inflation, and of far too high charges of the normal citizen. [E.g. why not let the automats and robotors pay, that are in the hand of firms who have thrown out so many working people, why not let them pay now considerable fees and social charges for the society, too? ---
And the interest rent rates must be abolished; instead, a system of annual controlled currency deflation has to be installed to get the money circulation up.
