@Aaron94: IMO yes, at least in theory. It's perhaps more common with other verbs: mi lernis tion lerneje seems perfectly normal.

At least I don't know any human language that declines adverbs, as the adverbal form of the adjective is per se "bare", i.e. it doesn't mark neither number nor case.Finnish has a wide variety of cases, especially to express locality and direction. Many adverbs are formed more or less regularly by adding a case ending to a noun, adjective or pronoun. Or, put another way, by "declining" the noun, adjective or pronoun you can give the word an adverbial function. You cannot add another case ending to such an adverb.

I do not know about Hungarian, Finnish, etc... Can you decline adverbs?
There are other adverbs, which are formed with other endings, and it is not possible to put case endings after them either. (Or, if an example of such an declined adverb can be found or invented, it must be a real exception.)
