Whether or not they are loan translations I wouldn't think is important. What is important is the meaning these words have in Esperanto, not what their supposed equivalents have in Russian. If you cannot see why they may be used in some contexts to translate "cope", then I would suggest the same thing as in the other thread about the word "senco": learn the meanings of the words under discussion. Then it will make sense to you.
