I recently did my first translation for a blog entry I wrote. Can you please critique this a bit? Thanks!

En Esperanto:

Kafo estas mian unuan oficiale lasis desegnaĵon. Mi gajnis iuj praktikado de farantas ĝin, kaj mi estas fieran por tion. Ne senti iu hezitadon al uzis tion desegnaĵon por vian personan retpaĝo (aŭ iu alia retpaĝo, kvankam estis desegnis por ĵurnalo de artiston/aŭtoron/estigiston/aŭ iu similan)Vi povas elŝutas la tar.gz dosiero ĉi.

I'll give it a try. Feel free to ask if you don't understand some of my choices. I'll explain a few things below.

Kafo estas mia unua oficiale publikigita desegnaĵo. Mi gajnis ioman sperton farante ĝin, kaj mi ĝojas (=estas ĝoja) pro tio. Ne hezitu uzi la desegnaĵon por via persona retpaĝaro (aŭ iu ajn alia paĝaro, kvankam mi desegnis ĝin (=ĝi estis desegnita) por retĵurnalo de artisto/verkisto/estigisto aŭ iu simila). Vi povas elŝuti la tar.gz-dosieron ĉi tie.

Notes:

1. No accusative with "esti."
2. "Release" has the specific meaning "release to the public" in English, unlike "lasi" in Esperanto, to the best of my knowledge.
3. "Praktikado" means the act of practicing, not the result.
4. Feel free to replace the "ĝoj-" by "fier-", if that's what you prefer.
5. "Por" can usually translated by "in order to", at least in a paraphrase. An existing cause is indicated by "pro."
6. I personally prefer the active voice unless there's a specific reason to avoid it.
7. A plain "ĵurnalo" makes me think of a newspaper, so I added the "ret-" for clarity, although the context, of course, makes it obvious you really mean a blog.

I'd like to make a try to translate it, because your translation has quite a few problems.

Kafo estas mia unua oficiale publikigita desegnaĵo. Mi akiris de la farado iom da praktiko, kaj mi ĝojas pro tio. Ne hezitu uzi ĉi-desegnaĵon por via persona TTT-paĝaro (aŭ iu ajn alia TTT-paĝaro, kvankam ĝin mi desegnis por blogo de artisto/verkisto/estigisto aŭ io simila) Vi povas elŝuti la dosieron tar.gz ĉi tie.

1. I used TTT-paĝaro for "site", but it's also OK to use "retpaĝaro".
2. I used "blogo" instead of "ĵurnalo" because it was really different from a newspaper, but you can also use "retotaglibro". "Ret-ĵurnalo" seems a kind of news web site.
3. taneli didn't prefer the passive voice, nor did I. But I changed the order of the words to make it more like the original sentence.
4. Don't forget how to use the infinitive and the participles.
