Artikolo en Vikipedio uzas "Saskvaĉo", kaj mencias laŭsencajn nomojn "Grandspurulo" kaj "Grandpiedulo". Mi ne scias kiel vaste uzataj estas tiuj vortoj respektive, sed ili ĉiuj ŝajnas uzindaj al mi.
