Passive voice ?

Could someone tell me how to express the passive voice in EO? I'm trying to say "Esperanto spoken here" the closest thing I can come up with is Esperanton tie parolinta.

Esperanto estas parolata ĉi tie.
Oni parolas Esperanton ĉi tie.
