A beautiful and well-known quotation from the Indian dramatist Kalidasa goes something like this:

Look to this day!
For it is life, the very life of life.
In its brief course lie all the verities and realities of your existence.
The bliss of growth,
The glory of action,
The splendour of achievement.
For yesterday is only a dream,
And tomorrow is only a vision.
But today, well-lived, makes every yesterday a dream of happiness,
And every tomorrow a vision of hope.
Look well, therefore, to this day!
Such is the salutation to the dawn.

There's no one best way of doing such things, and the choice of wording is liable to be a matter of taste. I liked noelekim's zorgu pri as well as sudanglo's atentu. Looking at some internet versions, I thought that using "of the dawn" in the last line might make better sense, in that we have the creator or deity of dawn telling us to "look to" the coming day. So here's one more suggestion, and it's no more than that:

Atentu ĉi-tagon!
Ĉar ĝi estas la vivo, ja la vivo de la vivo.
En ĝi kuŝas ĉiu realaĵo kaj veraĵo de via ekzisto.
La ĝojo kreska,
La gloro aga,
La beleco atinga.
Ĉar hieraŭ estas nur sonĝo,
Kaj morgaŭ estas nur vizio.
Sed hodiaŭ, bone vivita, faras
ĉiun hieraŭon sonĝon feliĉan,
kaj ĉiun morgaŭon vision esperan.
Atentu bone, do, ĉi-tagon!
Tiel salutas la aŭroro de la venonta tago.
