I've never heard of it before, but it looks very interesting from the description. I've just registered an account in English, but I'll make an Esperanto one if I take a liking to it.

You don't need a second account, multiple accounts are not allowed abnyway. The account language has no practical purpose, but every account can create up to 15 characters in any language zone. Just click the green smiley.
