Nile:I don't think it's a decent lingua franca for general purposes. It just has way too many cmavo for most people to care to learn.
Well, since nobody knows all words of Esperanto how can we demand to remember all words of Lojban?

No one needs the whole lexicon.

Yeah, but you need to know more words in order to say what you want.

You need to know how to connect sumti(basicaly nouns) together, the multiple types of negation, learning attitudinals and evidentials would be nice, and you need to memorize a lot of terminators.

Although i suppose the most basic types of sentences are actually easier than natural languages, like

i mi nelci le nu mi ca tavla do zo'e la lojban
I like that I am talking to you in Lojban.

Indeed. For ordinary speech you can do with one terminator only - {vau}. Also the right quote mark ({li'u}) would be necessary for quoting others' utterances. And that's all.

For mathematical expressions terminators are obligatory, this is the nature of mathematics (unless you a re using Polish notation or something).

Instead of attitudinals one can use {sei} with a necessary phrase. E.g.
{.ui} = {sei mi gleki}, an interjection (attitudinal) of happpiness.

But this doesn't mean other will use your style, of course.

I like it. Kinda makes me think of Brazil, for some reason.
