symbol doesn't appear

Hello, I have just begun learning esperanto and I have one problem with some letters. for example: ĉ. I can't put that symbol on the consonants. How can I do that? It's an spanish keyboard.

The most painless way to insert the Esperanto signs seems to be through Ek! (at http://www.esperanto.mv.ru/Ek/ ), which puts a button on your system tray to turn, for instance, sx into ŝ, and so forth.  Hope this helps.
