Uridium:I heard about the first television channel in Brazil for esperantists, Internacia Televido but now its out of business since 2006....i really hope you will be more lucky.I really hope so also ^.^ we have several advantages though that Internacia Televido didn't
1) A smaller team - Our 4 vs their 15 intended.
2) Support from a larger company iStreamStudios.
3) Industry professionals.
But in the end it all comes down to the Esperanto community! So share our Facebook page among your friends, as the more likes, the greater our audience the higher the chance of success.

erinja:Sounds like fun! Btw watch your grammar in Facebook - "Se vi ŝatas traduki en Esperanton el la angla, kaj volas testi sin mem" - sin -> vinYeah not the first grammar mistake and probably not the last >.< Our newest post unfortunately has a grammar mistake, and you always notice these things AFTER they've been posted.

I wish we had something like that in the States.
Anyway, I'm going to go hit "like" right now!
EDIT:
I just looked at the website, and it says it will be global. What networks will it be on?

Evildela:3) Industry professionals.Hhm. Please don't take it like a blame. But at the beginning the trailers sound engineering was not very professional. Furthermore inside some movie trailers personally I would prefer more silent tunes than annoying Hollywood-like 'crash bum bang' styled ones.

Evildela:A new team has formed in Sydney (Australia) with the goal of establishing a 24/7 Esperanto TV channel. The team of this channel called "Esperanto TV" invites you to like their Facebook page to get all the newest updates about the launch.I've translated and sent your message to Lernu's forum in Esperanto and to groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/soc.culture.esperanto

I'm glad though that Esperantists are actually able to do these. I'll be hoping for this one's success too.
Btw, the Facebook link doesn't work for me. "That page doesn't exist. You may have typed in the address incorrectly."
