600 million people in ASEAN, more than 50% can learn Esperanto via lernu portal. It is great and hope another 3 languges can be added in, the whole ASEAN can learn Esperanto in schools without much needed a teacher.
Thai language is yet to be appeared for the 50% translation, the Tagalog, Malay, Indonesia, Vietnamese are available now. The Thai language is very slow, it started earlier than Malay and Tagalog, if not mistaken also Indonesian language. But there is a Thai version printed Direct Learning Method text book on sale.
The 3 languages are Khmer, Lao and Myanmar.
I heard that there are no Esperanto speakers from Lao and Myanmar. But the Cambodia Esperanto Association is not active.
Of all the 10 countries, now it is only Myanmar language not available in Google translator.
If there are kinds know these 3 languages, please help to translate the lernu page and there would be 1 million esperanto users in ASEAN, perhaps, the coming 5 years.
