Joop:Saluton! Mia nomo estas Jared. Mi estas komencantos de Esperanto.Saluton! Remember that all nouns in Esperanto end -o (plural -oj), never -os. So it should be Mi estas komencanto de Esperanto.

Good luck with your studies. Today's beginners are fortunate in having a free internet resource like lernu!, but it is a good idea to have a good beginner's dictionary like Wells or McLinen - the former is actually better but out of print and only available second-hand).
