The issue would be whether Z-on is a plausible object of both X-i and Y-i or whether it is only a plausible object of Y-i.

Rapidaj estas tiuj kiuj kuras kaj havas aŭton. (obviously aŭto is not an object of kuri).

Riĉaj estas tiuj kiuj vendas kaj aĉetas akciojn. (both verbs apply to shares).

But if there is something fortunate/blessed/virtuous about seeking justice because you are hungry, then Tom's interpretation stands.
