I'm looking for a really comprehensive Esperanto/English Dictionary, with etymologies, if thats not too much. I was looking through the ELNA books. Does anyone know of a good one?

Yeah, I think I'm going to have to the same. It doesn't look like they're very cheap though :|. Quite the investment on a student's budget.

Anyways, any recommendations out there?

The most comprehensive Esperanto English dictionary is unfortunately 40 years old, by Montague Butler, though well worth having for reference. Until we have something more up to date, you will need to strengthen your Esperanto to the level where you can use PIV, so the lack of a comprehensive English-Esperanto dictionary may have its positive side!

I have the Benson Dictionary (the CEED - Comprehensive English - Esperanto Dictionary) and like it a lot. It does NOT, however, contain etymologies. If anyone finds an esperanto dictionary that does, let me know!
