I'm not sure if I'm the perfect match for you to practice with - I'm not quite fluent (but pretty close in writing), and I'm a native English speaker - but I'd be willing to chat on Skype with you just the same!
I suggest if you want to find a non-English speaker, post the Esperanto version of this message in the Esperanto part of the forums (most of the message is pretty good, but I'd change the last sentence to "Do, se vi interesiĝas, sendu mesaĝon al mi, mi petas!"]. The odds of finding someone who doesn't speak English in the English-language forums don't seem very good.
