Is this a good translation:

You can go if you want
Vi povas iri, se vi volas

You can stay if you want
Vi povas resti, se vi volas

Or should it be Iru and Restu? Or Iros and Restos

It's perfect.
You can use the imperative too, but it changes the meaning:

"[Vi] iru, se vi volas" = "Go, if you want"

There would be less situations where you want to use the future tense, but it still makes sense.
"Vi iros, se vi volas" = "You will go, if you want".

"Vi iros, se vi volas" = "You will go, if you want".
After 'if', English uses a present form even if it refers to the future eg if he comes tomorrow, then ..

In Esperanto you can make a distinction. So both of the following are theoretically possible.

1. Vi iros, se vi volos
2. Vi iros, se vi volas

Again all of these are possible

1. Vi povos iri, se vi volos
2. Vi povas iri, se vi volas
3. Vi povos iri, se vi volas
