The following phrase is famous for having every letter of the English alphabet in it:

"The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog."

Does anyone know if such a thing exists for Esperanto?

Of course it's possible to do this in any language. Such sentences are called pangrams or holoalphabetic sentences. The trick is to do it in as few letters as possible and not stretch the grammar and syntax too much. My favorite in English is "Amazingly few discotheques provide jukeboxes" which uses only five words and is perfectly grammatical.
