Saluton! I have created a petition asking Apple to add an Esperanto keyboard to their devices so it would be easier to communicate using letters with diacritics. You can find it here.
I don't have any problems about that however I don't know how to fix it at Windows because I use the Ubuntu. It has Esperanto keyboard and you just have to change it at the work bar when you want =)
