how to name in esperanto some person who is ordered to find evidence of some predefined opinion only? Probably in English its named 'stringer'. Dict.leo.org translates 'stringer' to German 'Saitenaufzieher'. If I got it right, 'Saitenaufzieher' is person who is responsible to prepare some guitar that way to be ready to use by the charging musician.
