"se" is a conjunction and "-us" is the verb ending for conditional.

Both of them. -ujo is according to the Fundamento but -io is also common. Use the one you like better. Arguing about it is a waste of time and energy.

Often it's ok to say simply "Mi spektas filmon." It's not like the progressive tense in English. It is only used, if you really want to emphasize, that the act is like a state. Then you'd rather say "Mi estas spektanta filmon."
