There is an app for iphone called Hello Talk. It is similar to Whatsapp but for language exchange. Esperanto is one of the many languages that are supported. You can leave voice or text messages for other people.

I have just checked out Hello Talk and it is available in Android's Play Store. I will explore and play with it now.
