Esperanto excercise book/workbook?

Is there a good workbook for Esperanto that has extensive sentence writing exercises and word formation drill ? Not looking for a textbook, but just a workbook with an answer key.
basically pages after page of:
La grand__ knaboj manĝas ruĝ__ pomoj__.
Translate: "He is feeling extremely sickly" (use affixes)
______________________________________________________.
"To cut is tranĉi. A cutting tool is a ______"
etc etc
Most of the textbooks do have some exercises such as above, but I'm looking for pretty much a whole book of nothing but exercises.
