This is an excellent example of the growing strength of Esperanto-TV. The only true IPTV channel to exist in Esperanto. For more information about Esperanto-TV check out the website Acting Australia which has extensive coverage of the channel both in Esperanto and English

Honestly I have a feeling that a lot of small movies/companies wouldn't mind doing stuff like putting a little Esperanto on their packaging, or having it as subtitles, if only someone stepped up and offered to do it or asked them to. I have thought about it quite a few times if I shouldn't contact some local Swedish companies for example and see if they would be willing to (but, I'm not a Swede, so I feel awkward doing it).

Esperanto-TV is in a good position as we have established ourselves in the local Australian Film Industry, and local directors are now starting see the international power and reach of Esperanto. However, to be truly effective we must spread this message and reach as many Esperantists as possible. So please share this link with all samideanoj to help us have a strong launch!
Thanks,

esperantodesperado:Do you think there will be any dubbing in the future? Not for this film, but as the channel grows dubbings will become more of a possibility.

Thought I would introduce myself - it's Tim Lea the director of 54 Days. My Esperanto is very basic - but we are excited by the possibilities of sharing our movie with you in Esperanto via Esperanto TV and the Q&As session afterwards. We are also happy (ultimately) to put additional subtitles to also help those who may have different native languages other than English. We already have Spanish (we won our International Award at the 30 Dies festival in Andorra - Northern Spain). We are currently looking at Portuguese and German - any other preferences ?
Regards and thanks for your support of 54 Days.
Tim
